You depend on referrals, but you want something more predictable.

Referrals are your best leads, but they come when they come. A consistent content program builds visibility and trust with buyers and sellers who haven't met you yet.

Does this sound like you?

You know you should be blogging or sending a newsletter, but you never have time.

The content that builds client relationships over time is exactly the content that gets deprioritized when you're busy. That's where I come in.

You want to stand out in a crowded market, but everything you see from competitors looks the same.

Templated content shared across hundreds of agents builds loyalty for no agent. Your marketing should be recognizably yours: your voice, your market knowledge, your way of working with clients.

Your social media presence doesn't reflect your actual track record.

You close deals. You negotiate hard. You know your markets inside out. Your Instagram doesn't show any of that. Generic listing posts don't build the relationship that wins you listings.

You've tried hiring someone for marketing and it didn't stick.

General marketing writers don't understand real estate. They don't know what a contingency is, why the inspection period matters, or what sellers are actually worried about. I do.

Your past clients don't hear from you consistently enough to refer you.

The best source of referrals is an existing client who feels genuinely cared for between transactions. A great newsletter or content program keeps you top of mind long after the closing.

If two or more of these hit home, let’s talk!

Why Castle Advisory?

I’m not just your marketer.

I’m a licensed California real estate agent.

I've held an active California real estate license since 1997. I've worked transactions, negotiated contracts, managed disclosures, and sat across the table from buyers and sellers navigating the most stressful decisions of their lives. I also spent three years as a residential mortgage loan officer, which means I understand both sides of the transaction, the real estate side and the lending side.

When I write your newsletter, I'm not researching what matters to buyers and sellers. I already know. I write about market conditions, mortgage rate implications, neighborhood nuance, and the emotional reality of buying or selling a home, because I've lived it professionally for over 25 years.

That depth of industry knowledge is almost impossible to find in a marketing consultant. Most real estate marketing is done by people who have never worked a transaction. Mine is not.

What is one additional transaction worth to your practice?

The average commission on a median-priced California home sale runs $20,000 or more on your side of the transaction. A single referral from a past client who felt genuinely cared for can be worth many times the annual cost of a content program.

Marketing that keeps you visible, consistent, and personal between transactions is not a cost. It's a referral machine.

Let's figure out what makes sense for your practice.
