Castle Advisory takes its name from mine. Oshiro means "big castle" in Japanese, and I like what a castle stands for: something built with care, made to last, and trusted to protect what matters most.

I specialize in two audiences that share one thing: the people they serve are making some of the most consequential decisions of their lives. Financial advisors guide clients through wealth, retirement, and financial security. Realtors guide clients through the largest transaction most people will ever make. Both require a level of trust that generic marketing cannot build.

I've driven a 9.2% LinkedIn engagement rate in financial services, more than three times the industry benchmark. I've built content operations that reach enterprise audiences at scale. I’ve held an active California real estate license since 1997 and spent three years as a mortgage loan officer, which means I don't just write about real estate. I understand it from the inside.
